You can choose which source file types should be included in the conversion.

How does MultiDoc Offline Converter work?​

1. Select your source folder​

Choose the folder containing the documents you want to convert.

You can optionally include subfolders.

2. Choose the source file types and target format​

Select which document formats should be processed and choose the desired output format.

3. Convert locally​

MultiDoc Offline Converter processes the selected documents directly on your PC.

When processing folder structures, the original directory structure can be preserved in the target folder.

Supported document formats​

The following document formats can be used as both source and target formats:

  • Word 2007 document (*.docx)
  • Word 97–2003 document (*.doc)
  • OpenDocument Text (*.odt)
  • Rich Text Format (*.rtf)
  • Word XML document (*.xml)
  • Hypertext Markup Language (*.htm, *.html)
  • Electronic Publication (*.epub)
  • Web Archive, single file (*.mht)
  • Text file (*.txt)

PDF output​

PDF is supported as a target format only.

Documents can therefore be batch-converted from the supported source formats to PDF.

No Microsoft Office required​

MultiDoc Offline Converter does not require Microsoft Office or another office suite to perform document conversions.

The conversion functionality is included directly in the application.

Free​

The Free version can process:

  • unlimited number of conversions
  • up to 5 files per conversion
  • documents with up to 50 pages per file

It can be used for both private and commercial purposes.

Pro​

The Pro version removes the Free edition limits on the number of files and pages.

It also supports saving and reusing conversion presets.
